In our team, you'll play a vital role in real-world data projects, providing strategic guidance and leveraging your expertise to drive evidence-based decision-making. Your experience in RWE methodologies and project management will contribute to high-quality evidence that informs the development, commercialization, and post-market assessment of pharmaceutical products
• Lead, design, and execute observational studies, including protocol development, data analysis, and interpretation.
• Identify and assess external data sources (health care databases, patient registries, others) for their utility in addressing scientific questions in observational research.
• Drive data acquisition processes, incl. applications for ethical permits and data access.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members to ensure timely delivery of projects to a high standard.
• Collaborate with clients and KOLs to ensure tailored RWE solutions.
• Lead client meetings.
• Synthesize large amounts of available data and develop accurate client reports and presentations.
• Stay informed of RWE developments, trends, and innovations and share knowledge.
• Continuously develop existing processes to make them more efficient and assure high quality.
• As a Senior Research Consultant RWE, you will manage and mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth and development.
• As a Senior Research Consultant RWE, you will provide strategic guidance and help clients define clear research objectives and outcomes while aligning with their overall business goals and objectives.
• Master's or Ph.D. in health sciences, epidemiology, biostatistics, or related field is a requirement.
• 1-3 years of experience as a Research Consultant RWE (3+ years for Sr. Research Consultants RWE) in observational studies, health outcomes research, or related areas, from consultancy or pharma industry is a requirement.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, is a requirement. Skills in another Nordic language is an advantage.
• Strong track record in prioritizing and simultaneously managing multiple projects (incl. planning and execution) in a fast-paced environment for timely completion.
• Collaborative, proactive, outcome-oriented working style, with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and provide innovative solutions to address complex scientific questions and business challenges using RWE.
• Strong communicator with the ability to create scientific presentations targeted to different stakeholder audiences.
• A high degree of written accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in R, SAS, Stata, and data manipulation tools is a plus.
• Experience in working with a wide spectrum of data sources that are available in the Nordics, and globally is a plus.
• Regulatory knowledge including an understanding of regulatory guidelines and requirements related to RWE is a plus.
The office is situated centrally in Stockholm and we would preferably like to see you there 2-3 days per week.
