Research and Development scientists

We are looking for five (5) scientists to a Chiesi´s growing R&D site for biologicals in Solna.

1. One USP: Development and scale up of upstream processes: ability to supervise the development @ external CDMO’s and on selected key steps ability to conduct non GMP in house experiments. Experience in interacting with QA and Regulatory functions to support development and industrialization of Bio DS.
2. One DSP: Development and scale up of downstream processes: ability to supervise the development @ external CDMO’s and on selected key steps ability to conduct non GMP in house experiments. Experience in interacting with QA and Regulatory functions to support development and industrialization of Bio DS. We are looking for a senior role with 5-8 years of experience.
3. One validation scientist
4. One Drug Product (DP)/Formulation scientist
5. One CMC expert

The Bio Drug Substance (BioDS) unit will need several different new positions where the following skills/experiences are essential:
* development of analytical methods
* supervision of analytical development and characterization done at CDMO/CROs
* support development and industrialization of BioDS
* development and scale up of upstream and downstream processes
* ability to run non-GMP-testing in-house
* experience in interacting with QA and Regulatory functions
* experience from project management

Together as a team you would be covering experience from:

• Monoclonal antibodies
• Fusion proteins
• Conjugates
• Small biologics
• Bacteria and cell-lines
