Field Service Engineer Nordic

The role
Hamilton Storage is looking for a Field Service Engineer to join the Nordic service organization. Based in the Oslo area, the primary focus of the role will be supporting customers and field service activities in Oslo and the surrounding region. The role also involves occasional assignments elsewhere in Norway, southern Sweden and the wider Nordic region.
Hamilton Storage develops automated systems for the storage and handling of biological samples. The systems combine mechanics, electronics, robotics, temperature control and software, and are used by biobanks, pharmaceutical companies and research organizations.
As Field Service Engineer Nordic, you will identify, analyze and resolve technical problems in the field. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure effective technical support, share practical insights and contribute to the continuous development of Hamilton’s service organization.
Key responsibilities
The primary focus of the role will be supporting customers and field service activities in Oslo and the surrounding region.
What you bring
Experience from automation, robotics, mechatronics, refrigeration, medical technology, laboratory equipment or other complex technical equipment is advantageous. Experience from life science or Hamilton products is beneficial but not essential, as product-specific training will be provided.

You are professional, communicative and confident when working with customers and internal stakeholders, with the ability to build trust and effective working relationships. Flexibility and a willingness to travel are essential for success in the role.
