To a global healthcare company we are now looking for a Demand & Supply coordinator in Stockholm/Solna. This is a consultancy assignment until the end of the year initially. Start immediately.
Key Responsibilities
Lead demand planning and supply coordination during the transition period, ensuring forecast accuracy throughout the discontinuation period
Work closely with Supply Chain, Finance, and Regional Planning to align demand forecasts and manage dual‑running portfolios
Act as the local coordination point translating discontinuation timelines into clear, market‑level demand and supply plans
Drive inclusion of new products into existing and new customer contracts, ensuring continuity of supply and commercial alignment
Coordinate the managed exit products within active contracts, including non‑hospital business
Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Supply Chain to ensure contracts are updated in line with project timelines
Plan and execute in‑market initiatives to accelerate customer
Support development and execution of customer communication plans, including account segmentation, tailored messaging, and conversion tracking
Need to Have (Must)
Proven experience in Supply Chain, demand planning, supply coordination, or closely related roles
Strong understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain processes, including demand forecasting, inventory management, and product lifecycle transitions
Hands‑on experience managing product transitions, upgrades, or discontinuations
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookup functions, data consolidation, and scenario analysis
Experience working in cross‑functional, matrix environments with Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, and Legal
Demonstrated ability to translate project timelines into operational and commercial execution Strong analytical capability with attention to detail and data accuracy
Good to Have
Background in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or other regulated industries
Experience with contract management, product inclusion/delisting, or commercial execution
Experience supporting customer conversion or go‑to‑market initiatives during portfolio changes
Regional or multi‑market coordination experience
