Role overview

In this role you are responsible for pricing, reimbursement, and market access strategy and execution in Sweden, ensuring optimal patient access to innovative oncology and hematology treatments within the Swedish healthcare system. You leverage your deep understanding of the external environment and the oncology/hematology landscape to shape effective pricing, reimbursement and access strategies. You act as a strategic partner across cross-functional teams, translating complex clinical and economic evidence into actionable insights that support decision-making and value communication. As the primary PRA contact toward national stakeholders, you drive reimbursement dossiers, payer/HTA materials and access initiatives to support Swedish national access objectives.

Success in this role requires strong stakeholder engagement, seamless cross-functional collaboration, and a solid understanding of Swedish healthcare and reimbursement decision-making landscape.

Key responsibilities
• Build and implement pricing, reimbursement, and market access strategies in Sweden to support optimal patient access.
• Lead reimbursement submissions and three-party negotiations with payers.
• Adapt and implement global access strategies to Sweden needs, including preparation, localization, and submission of reimbursement dossiers, health economic assessments and value materials.
• Drive Sweden dossier preparation and coordinate the full HTA process and key milestones in collaboration with internal and external partners.
• Act as the key PRA contact for assigned oncology/hematology brands, working in close collaboration with marketing, medical, regulatory and finance teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including authorities, clinical experts, and key opinion leaders, ensuring consistent and credible value communication.
• Collaborate closely with Nordic and global market access, pricing, and health economics teams, representing Sweden in regional and global PRA initiatives and portfolio-related workflows.
• Analyze and evaluate potential future changes in external access, including horizon scanning, policy changes, and competitor dynamics.

Essential requirements
• Degree in life sciences, health economics, or a related field.
• Solid experience in market access with a strong understanding of HTA environments and regulation. Experience working at TLV and with three-party negotiations is considered an advantage.
• Previous experience developing high-quality reimbursement dossiers including health economic modelling, with oncology and/or hematology experience considered an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills. High personal drive and capability to influence.
• Ability to synthesize large volumes of information with attention to detail to drive actionable insight, data-driven decisions and clear priorities.
• Strong track record of implementation, including prioritization and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal business English and Swedish skills.
