Executive Assistant & Event Coordinator (Interim)

To a international pharmaceutical company we are now looking for an ambitious person to fill the role as Executive Assistant and Event Coordinator. The position is based at the Stockholm office. This is an interim position, initially for 12 months, starting as soon as possible.

The Executive Assistant and Event Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of executive functions and the successful execution of company events, internal as well as external. This dual role requires an individual who is service minded, highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently, has a true can-do attitude and demonstrates a strong drive to create an inclusive and engaging company culture and work environment for all employees. The successful candidate will be supporting our General Manager with administrative tasks while also managing the end-to-end process of event planning and coordination.
