Key Account Manager, Ultraljud, Samsung
Samsung continues to grow, and we are now looking for a Key Account Manager for their Healthcare Division (Health & Medical Equipment – HME). In this role, you will be responsible for sales in the Nordics focusing on Ultrasound equipment. The office is in Kista, you will be traveling regularly in the Nordics to meet customers.
Samsung is fast growing in the Health & Medical Equipment area. To contribute to this growth we are bringing in a Key Account Manager responsible for our excellent products in the Nordics. With a focus on our Ultrasound products.
Your focus is to maximize order intake, sales, and customer satisfaction, whilst developing and optimizing the customer relationship in order to ensure long-term business growth in the region.
You will be working closely with our Application Specialist, our distributor, and customers. To do that we expect that a big part of your time will be spent meeting customers where they are.
You will be working with:
- Fulfillment of targets (sales, margin, price realization, market share, NPS)
- Identifies and builds strong and lasting business relationships with all key decision makers (clinical, technical, administrative/economic), key opinion leaders, and society board members in all accounts
- Developing a country/area business plan in line with corporate guidelines and objectives that maximizes potential and opportunity, for the current year and the foreseeable future
- Continuous monitoring of the competition, trends and market landscape and developing strategies to improve sales, and increase market share
- Systematically analyzing and reporting sales results, expectations, market, competition, and trends for optimal operational planning and optimal product portfolio decisions.
Skills & Qualifications
To be successful in the role you believe that you are diligent, outgoing, and have strong customer relationship skills.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Several years of experience in the Medical Imaging area
- Pre-existing network in the healthcare industry
- Ability to travel several days a week
- Strong communication skills in verbal and written English
- A Driver’s license
It is also a benefit if you:
- Have experience working with ultrasound products
- Communication skills in any of the Nordic Languages (Swedish, Danish, Finnish or Norwegian)
- Have a relevant degree, preferably in Ultrasound, Bio Engineering, BioMedicine, Mathematics, or similar.
